My name is Shannon Miller and I’m the founder of this website PlumpUpLips.com. I live in the sunny Los Angeles, California area. We all know that people care about their image around here. Everybody wants to look like celebrities or at least look the part. One thing that has always interested me were those glossy plump lips that you see on many celebrities like Angelina Jolie or Megan Fox. I’ve dedicated this site to finding out how normal women like us can achieve the same effect. Along with articles and videos, I will be testing products to determine what I consider the best lip plumper.
